Family is defined as strictly Husband, Wife, Children and Parents with Maximum SIX heads including
adult and children (above 6 years). Any additional head in the family has to pay single
donation. Also, please pay separately for any out-of-station guests. Without your support, we
cannot organize such an event.
Student rate will be applicable in the venue only and has to show a student ID.
Two full days include following: Lunch, Snacks, Dinner for Saturday,
Cultural program including Amit Paul on Saturday evening, Lunch and light dinner on Sunday.
Saturday half day ends at 4.00 PM and includes only Saturday Lunch.
Attendance to Saturday evening program will strictly be monitored.
Please keep a print-out of your paypal payment and bring it in the venue.
Appropriate ticket will be issued per head.
